This post has nothing to do with gardening but instead my dog Winston. He has learned a new trick and my mother was unable to see the movie I took of him in the email I sent her earlier for some technical reason. The trick is my 12-year-old dog catching a dog biscuit off the top of his nose. So Mom – this is for you!
I have worked in the news industry as a graphic designer/visual journalist since graduating from college.
I am currently trying out freelancing to expand my portfolio into some new areas.
For more examples of my work, check out my website.
I am crossing into multimedia formats with interactives, using Flash and Final Cut Pro.
This is one of many hydrangeas in my yard and the most visible from the road. It initially has white blooms and then, months later, you will start to see pink tinges start to surface before it finally turns to a rust color. I had to give this shrub a massive pruning this year, but still retained a nice shape. I am wondering if it will effect its blooming potential in the spring.
Roadtrip
Steve and I visited Niagara Falls last year and it was awe inspiring to say the least. We had a great time and was able to go below the fall to see it from bottom up. I challenge others to get out and see your surroundings. So refreshing!
